Where can I see EnA Fine Jewelry in person?

You can view our Retailers page to see if there is a retailer in your area.  We work with a number of wonderful stores and galleries across the country that would be more than happy to show you their collection of EnA jewelry.  If you do not work or live near one of our retailers, we are happy to ship items to you.  You can try them on in the convenience of your own home.  We know that a piece of fine jewelry is something to be treasured and we look forward to you becoming acquainted with our quality craftsmanship by placing an order and seeing it in person.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item, you may return it.  Please see our Return Policy in the Policies section of our website for more information.

Will I have to pay sales tax?

If you live in Philadelphia, you will be charged 8% sales tax.  If you live outside of Philadelphia but in Pennsylvania, you will be charged 6% sales tax.  If you live in any other state in the US, you will not be charged sales tax.

Is there a shipping fee?

From now until December 31, 2013, we are offering complimentary shipping so you will not be charged a shipping fee.

Can you gift wrap my item(s)?

It is customary that your item will arrive in a beautiful black box with the EnA logo embossed on the outside and tied with a grosgrain ribbon.  If you would like us to gift wrap your item, we are happy to wrap it with our standard EnA gift wrap (tan) or our festive wrap (red and white).  Just include a note at checkout or contact us at enafinejewelry@gmail.com and your item will come wrapped and ready to present to the recipient.

I am buying a gift and would like to include a personalized note with my purchase.  Is this possible?

We are happy to include a personalized note on our beautiful Italian, handmade stationery .  Just include a note at checkout or contact us at enafinejewelry@gmail.com and let us know what you would like the note to say.
